On Wednesdays WECC staff and volunteers run a Foodbank and a Trussell Trust Food Bank. Trussell Trust food packages require a referral from an agency and this provides emergency food and support to people in crisis.
Alongside Food Bank, the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem. A member of their team will be available every Wednesday at 12:30 – 3:30pm. They also offer confidential advice online and over the phone. They advise on benefits, work, debt and money, housing, filling in forms and much more.
