Friendly Fridays  

Come and meet new people. This is an opportunity to come to the centre between 11am – 3pm and have a cuppa and something for lunch.   Maybe you would like to share a skill, suggest a social activity for the future or simply build friendships and support networks.  Everyone is welcome.  On Fridays, there is always someone here to talk to and have a cuppa with.
